Introduction
Astley Sports Village, part of Stamford Park Trust, delivers a wide range of leisure-facility and community-based services across our academies in Tameside. Astley Sports Village may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, date of birth, address, contact number and email address, as well as financial information for transactions. Due to the nature of the services we offer, we may also collect sensitive personal information such as health and medical information.

Our legal basis for processing your personal data
When you join Astley Sports Village or use our services, we need to process your data to meet our contractual obligations, enabling access to our facilities and activities. Members include anyone with a membership package or who books regularly or occasionally.
We also process your data for service usage statistics and debt recovery for Stamford Park Trust on the basis of legitimate interests.
Astley Sports Village may inform you about other products and services or contact you for surveys regarding current or potential new services.
Sometimes, we must process your data to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
