Never too old!
It's crazy how we often hear "am I too old to Join a Gym"
There is 100% no age limit to exercise and being more physically active. There certainly is no age limit for Joining a Gym and being surrounded by like minded people all with the shared goal of improving their physical and mental wellbeing.
Our Over50s session was introduced as a way of providing a welcoming space for those who wish to improve their overall health and wellbeing in a way that is specifically structured around key areas of functional movement and weight management.
The sessions take place 3 days a week with a Monday and Tuesday 11:00 - 11:50 and Thursdays 10:00 - 10:50. All sessions consist of a circuit based session incorporating a range of push and pull movements, movements to enhance balance and co-ordination along with core strengthening exercises.
