Join our fully qualified Lisa V as she brings the best of Step Aerobics and the best of Bokwa all into one energetic step class that sees funky routines to some big dance tunes!

This class is aimed at all levels as the height of the step boxes can be adjusted and get ready to burn some serious calories whilst toning those legs and also core muscles every Thursday 7:30pm – 8:15pm & Sunday 09:00am – 09:45am
